Where is my driver?
After your booking has been finalized, a receipt will be sent including important information on the journey. You will have information on the meeting point and the driver’s contact. We advise that you contact them in advance to confirm both the meeting point and time.
Can I bring my instrument along on the Malaga Taxi?
The answer is yes. Special luggage is accepted provided that the information is relayed initially during the booking so we can arrange the appropriate transportation.
What if my flight arrival time is delayed?
When the booking is made on our website, the flight number information is included which assists us to track your flight arrival time. However, if you have noticed a delay, please contact our Customer Service as a backup option. The driver will be updated on your flight status in order to pick you up at the correct time. Without an indication of a delay, the driver will wait for you at the agreed meeting point maximum 90 minutes after your scheduled landing time.
How does the cancellation policy for Taxi2Airport work?
If you cancel your Malaga airport transfer up to 48 hours before departure, the charge of cancellation is 25% of your ride’s fare.
If you cancel your Malaga airport transfer between 48-24 hours before departure, the charge of cancellation is 50% of your booking.
If the ride is cancelled within 24 hours before departure, you will unfortunately have to pay the full 100% amount of your fare.
Is it possible to add a stop over between Malaga airport and my location?
Indeed, you can. We provide additional stops at a small fee.
When should I book a taxi?
We only accept bookings that are within 10 hours before the pick-up time. We suggest that you make the booking as soon as you know your transfer details so we can arrange the best transfer for you.
Is there any extra fee for credit card payment?
There is no extra fee as the transfer price remains the same without additional costs.
Which card can be accepted for payment?
We take all major online payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, iDeal, Giropay, Diners Club, Sofort banking and Bancontact Mister Cash. All are secured.
